Whether Sylt, Italy or like this wedding in Zoutelande in the Netherlands, which I was allowed to document as a wedding photographer.

Getting Ready with wedding photographer in the Netherlands

I met the groom Willem at the hotel and was very happy about the exuberant and excited mood. Quite often the distances are too far to be able to photograph bride and groom both at the Getting Ready as a wedding photographer, but not so here in Zoutelande. Everything was close together and so I was happy that I could document the groom and the groomsmen extensively. It was an amazing day for me!

Wedding ceremony at a beach wedding in Holland

And that’s exactly how it continued at this wonderful wedding. Because when we arrived at the beach for the wedding ceremony, the tears just flowed right away. Especially as the groom Rie. But that’s no wonder, if you look at the wonderful bride Lena. How are you supposed to keep your emotions in check? Apart from the fact that I always say that bride and groom (and all guests of a wedding anyway) can show emotions. There is nothing more beautiful!

Reportage photos by a wedding photographer in the Netherlands

As always, I empathized with the wedding couple and created a great wedding ceremony for them. It was all about capturing moments like this at the wedding in Zoutelande and enjoying moments. Because some moments, just like weddings, just never come back. They can’t be repeated or made up for. They simply exist only once. And then it’s just especially nice when you really fully experience and enjoy these moments.

Wedding photos at the beach in Zoutelande

So the wedding ritual during the wedding ceremony in Zoutelande was also something very special for me as a wedding photographer. Because in order to really capture the moments of the wedding, the wedding couple and the guests casted Polaroid photos of the wedding ceremony in a block of epoxy resin.

This was really symbolically great, very personal individually matching the wedding couple and really beautiful for both the wedding couple, the guests and also for me as a wedding photographer.

Wedding celebration in the dunes of Holland

And then it was just the way you’d imagine a wedding on the beach: With your toes in the sand, the crashing waves and the wind in your hair.

And with a roaring party full of emotions. Because hey, you see, the weather in Zoutelande in the Netherlands was rather untypical for September. But if you enjoy the moment, then the surrounding doesn’t really matter, the main thing is that the emotions are there. Then I’m also as a wedding photographer much rather on the beach
